Bio

Mark joined ONCAP at inception in 2000. Previously, he was an investment professional at J.H. Whitney & Co. in Connecticut and at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking in New York. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mark oversees ONCAP’s U.S. office and is responsible for ONCAP’s origination, due diligence and company building efforts in most areas of the consumer sector including Consumer Products and Services and Specialty Retail.
