Paolo is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Synergo, partner of the firm and member of investment team of Sinergia II Fund and Sinergia II Fund. Paolo was previously Chairman of Synergo’s board during 2017 and 2018. Paolo has 30 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A and as manager in companies and banking groups including SanPaolo Finance, Banca Popolare di Novara and Mediocredito Intesa. Paolo has held (and currently holds) the role of director and consultant of various financial and industrial companies – public and private – and positions as board member of various investment companies. Paolo has a degree in Law from the University of Turin and has attended several courses in management and corporate finance at Isvor Fiat, SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan and the London Business School. |
