Jeff co-founded ShoreView in 2002. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity investing and leveraged lending. Jeff has served on boards across a wide range of industries including laboratory products, commercial and industrial product distribution, medical products, industrial services, plastics, and oil and gas engineering. Prior to ShoreView, Jeff held a succession of roles at Churchill Capital, a Minneapolis-based private investment firm. He initially supported Churchill’s private equity funds, focusing on evaluating and executing investments in middle market companies as well as supporting portfolio management. He was then elevated to the role of principal to co-manage Churchill’s three mezzanine funds. Prior to Churchill, Jeff was a commercial banker in Minneapolis and Houston, where he focused on structuring and placing senior debt instruments for highly-leveraged middle-market companies. Jeff received a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota. Jeff grew up in the Dallas area and lives with his family in the Twin Cities area.
