Mr. Larsen is the Co-Founder, a Founding Partner, and a member of the Investment Committee of NPC. Throughout his career in the private equity industry, Mr. Larsen has invested across a wide spectrum of industries and throughout the capital structure. Prior to joining NPC, Mr. Larsen was most recently a Managing Partner at Moelis Capital Partners. Prior to Moelis, Mr. Larsen was a Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. where he focused on middle-market private equity and subordinated debt investments. He played an integral role in all aspects of the investment process and actively worked with management teams and boards to deliver value creation. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Larsen founded and was the Managing Partner of his own private equity firm and also served as a Principal at Aurora Capital Group. Before joining Aurora Capital, Mr. Larsen worked as an Associate at WSGP Partners, a private equity firm founded by William E. Simon and Gerald L. Parsky. Mr. Larsen began his career as an Analyst and Associate at Drexel Burnham Lambert. He currently serves on the board of directors of NPC prior fund portfolio companies Flexible Architecture and Simplified Technology (FAST), Insurance Technologies, Kinsale Capital Group, Flightstar, Quest Specialty Chemicals, Uintah Engineering & Land Surveying, Mxi Technologies and SwipeClock. Mr. Larsen attended the University of Utah.
