JL owns and operates a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Alaska, Utah, and Florida in excess of $2 billion. In addition, JL developed the largest waste management company in Alaska, which it subsequently sold to a national player. Prior to founding JL Properties, Rubini was an attorney specializing in all aspects of public law, first as an Assistant Attorney General and later in private practice. Rubini attended Brown University and the University of California Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law. |
