Kaitlyn brings over a decade of experience in direct investing, operations and portfolio management to Erie Street and its partners. She is passionate about partnering with management teams and creating enduring value during transformational points in a company’s life cycle. Prior to joining Erie Street, Kaitlyn worked as a Vice President at Ardian Global Buyout where she evaluated new investments and led complex value creation initiatives at the firm’s portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, Kaitlyn held investment roles at Norwest Equity Partners and Peak Rock Capital Europe, where she focused on first-time institutional buyouts of family and founder-led businesses across the US and Europe in the business services and specialty manufacturing industries. In these roles, she was actively involved in thesis-led investing and value creation while building strong, trust-based relationships with management teams. Kaitlyn holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She earned a BS in Finance from the Wharton School and BA in International Relationships from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
