With over 40 years of experience as an operator, investor, and entrepreneur, Terry Graunke is a seasoned executive recognized for his ability to transform businesses and industries by identifying market disruptions and cultivating exceptional talent. From founding US Communications to serving as CEO of the publicly traded Eagle River Interactive and later as Chairman of the private equity firm Lake Capital, Terry has held leadership roles in more than 40 private and public companies across business services, strategic communications, and marketing services. His portfolio also includes leadership and founding of eight startups, showcasing his broad expertise in commercial and product development, building leadership teams, and driving transformational M&A strategies. Terry has led investments totaling more than $2 billion in the business services sector. In 2018, he founded Erie Street Growth Partners to partner with high-potential companies navigating disrupted and evolving markets. He currently serves as Lead Director of APCO Worldwide and is a board member of Erie Street partner companies Viamedia and Trailer Park Group. Previously, he served as Executive Chair of the Board for 3Q Digital (now 3Q/DEPT). Beyond his professional accomplishments, Terry is deeply committed to philanthropy, focusing on initiatives that support children, education, and conservation. He serves as a Trustee for the Wetlands America Trust and supports efforts aimed at preserving natural resources and fostering educational opportunities.
