Vicente has been an investor, advisor and senior executive in telecommunications, media, and technology for over 18 years. With a strong track record and network, Vicente is behind the investment strategies of DTCP. He has deployed over $2.3 billion in invested capital and executed over $100 billion in announced M&A transactions. Vicente is a Managing Partner and a member of the investment committee of DTCP Infra, and a member of the investment committee of DTCP Growth. He currently serves as a board member at Cellnex Netherlands, Open Dutch Fiber, Community Fibre Ltd. and maincubes. Previously, he held board positions at Scout 24 (G24.DE), Ströer Media AG (SAX.DE), Cellnex Switzerland, Strato AG, Nexmo, Keepler and Cellwize. Prior to founding DTCP, Vicente was the Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and a Senior Vice President at Deutsche Telekom between 2010 and 2015. During this time, he executed – amongst other transactions – the merger of MetroPCS with T-Mobile US, the lease-leaseback of over 7,000 T-Mobile telecommunication towers to Crown Castle, the sale of EE to British Telecom, and the acquisition of GTS Central Europe. Before his tenure at Deutsche Telekom, he held various advisory and asset management positions at Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, and Royal Capital Management. ‍ Vicente holds a degree in business administration and MBA (Lic&MBA) from ESADE Business School.
