During his career at Jones Day, he worked on more than 100 M&A deals in industries spanning technology, energy, media, automotive, food, and retail. John was named to the 2012 “Top Lawyers” list by Legal 500. He holds a BS in civil engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and a JD from the William Mitchell College of Law. |
