Mr. Gayle is the Founder and Managing Partner of Andros Capital Partners and Chairman of the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to founding Andros, Mr. Gayle was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Millennial Energy Partners, an oil and gas investment firm and asset manager, where he served as a Member of the Investment Committee and as President of the firm’s various managed investment vehicles and operating subsidiaries. Prior to Millennial, Mr. Gayle served as Vice President of Business Development for Central Crude, Inc. where he managed commercial, land and business development functions for the company’s upstream and midstream operations. He holds a B.B.A. in Management and Entrepreneurship from Louisiana State University. |
