Wladimir has founded ACG Capital (ex-ACG Private Equity) in 2000. After 15 years with Dupont de Nemours, Wladimir joined Barings in 1984 to start their European Venture Capital activities. In 1990, Wladimir left Barings to set up Argos Soditic, in J.V. with Soditic in Geneva. A strong M&A activity was also developed, in cooperation with SG Warburg. He joined Apax Partners & Cie Finance as Partner in September 1996 and launched a few years later its spin-off, Altium Capital. Since 2005, Wladimir Mollof is the Chairman of Arjil & Partners. Wladimir has degrees in Science from the University of Paris. |
