Over the last 25 years, Daniel Eisner has served as principal counsel in the representation of numerous portfolio companies of private equity and venture capital funds in a wide array of industries including healthcare, industrials, financial services and technology. He has considerable experience in representing privately owned companies and their investors in corporate governance and securities matters and routinely advises officers and directors on fiduciary responsibilities, disclosure obligations and contentious matters.
