Florent Bouyer has significant experience in capital markets, public M&A, and complex corporate and securities law matters. He advises on a wide array of capital markets transactions, including tender offers, equity offerings, equity-linked and debt offerings, IPOs, public and private placements, block trades, dual listings, and delistings.
