Dotun Obadina focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A for public and private companies, private equity transactions, general corporate governance and legal issues, and debt and equity financings. He works with clients that range in size from emerging growth companies to some of the world's largest corporations in a variety of industries, including specialty manufacturing and engineered products, industrial metals, chemicals, retail goods, information technology, biotechnology, medical devices, and medical services. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2016, Dotun was an associate in the Pittsburgh office of an international law firm, where he represented companies in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A and capital markets.
