David Schindelheim Bio

David Schindelheim represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs and divestitures, minority investments, and other equity financings. He also regularly counsels clients on corporate governance and general corporate and commercial matters. The private equity clients with which David has worked include American Pacific Group, Baird Capital, Centre Lane Partners, Cortec Group, Edgewater Capital Partners, Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, ONCAP, Sky Island Capital, and The Riverside Company. David is a member of the board of directors of ACG Cleveland (Association for Corporate Growth). He is also a member of the Ambassadors Committee of First Tee – Cleveland and a past participant in the Downtown Cleveland Alliance City Advocate Program.
