Audrey's practice focuses on private M&A, including domestic and cross-border divestitures, acquisitions and strategic alliances, contracts, and corporate law issues. She represents large French and multinational industrial corporations in a number of key sectors and is especially active in the energy transition & infrastructure, chemical, and life sciences areas. Recent representative matters include TotalEnergies' transformation of its former refinery of Grandpuits into a zero crude platform with formation of joint ventures with Plastic Energy to build France's first chemical recycling plant and with Saria for the production of SAF (sustainable aviation fuel); SUEZ's sale of SUEZ Recycling & Recovery operations in four continental Europe countries to PreZero, the environmental division of Schwarz Group; TotalEnergies' acquisition of Fonroche Biogaz; Reno De Medici's sale of its 100% interest in R.D.M. La Rochette S.A.S. to Mutares SE & Co. KgaA; crude oil storage operator Pisto's acquisition of a 30% stake in the Trapil pipeline network; and Greystar Real Estate Partners in relation to a joint venture for the development of purpose-built student accommodations and young professional accommodations in the Greater Paris region, with an investment capacity of circa €1 billion.
