Anna Moscioni represents fund sponsors in the formation of private equity and venture capital funds. Her practice involves every stage of an investment fund's life cycle — from initial structuring and formation (including with respect to the investment manager and general partner), through ongoing operational matters, to dissolution and liquidation. She also regularly represents investors, including institutional investors such as large health systems and family offices, in their investments in private funds.The private equity funds with which Anna has worked include Cortec Group, Edgewater Capital Partners, Goode Partners, High Road Capital Partners, The Riverside Company, Sandbridge Capital, Trinity Hunt Partners, and Turnbridge Capital Partners.
