Adriane Sturm practice focuses on private equity transactions, cross-border M&A transactions, and commercial contracts. Notable representations include advising Mahle on its acquisition of Delphi's Thermal Business, Safran on the formation of a joint venture with Airbus, and SAP AG on several transactions.
