Gary Cooper primarily represents corporate clients, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters. His work spans a range of industries, including chemicals, agribusiness, real estate, media and entertainment. Gary has broad experience of leading large, complex cross-border transactions. Gary has completed long-term secondments to Bank of America where he advised the EMEA investment banking team, and to the global headquarters of Smiths Group plc.
