Benjamin Einbinder is a Shareholder in the firm’s Corporate Practice. Ben focuses on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. He has been involved in representing public and private companies in the purchase and sale of businesses in a number of industries and with varying transaction sizes. In addition, Ben helps clients with debt and equity financings, minority and venture capital investments, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.
