Daniel Mozes Bio

Daniel Mozes focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters with an emphasis on private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as public company reporting and general corporate matters. Mr. Mozes represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as strategic buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions across a wide range of industry sectors, in both domestic and cross-border transactions. He also has experience advising business development companies on fund formation and regulatory and operational issues. Mr. Mozes was a Dechert summer associate in 2012.
