Olivia Durnell Bio

Olivia Durnell is a member of Buchalter’s Corporate Practice Group in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice maintains a heavy emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, advising both buyers and sellers from a variety of industries. Additionally, Ms. Durnell received Pro Bono Honors for her legal work in the community while attending the University of California, Irvine School of Law. Ms. Durnell counseled non-profit and start-up companies on legal matters, ranging from corporate governance to tax exemptions to intellectual property rights.
