Lauren Lee is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in the Firm’s Orange County office. Lauren guides clients through all phases of their corporate lifecycle. This includes establishing sound corporate governance and structure, navigating capital raises, drafting and negotiating critical contracts, and advising on strategic transactions such as joint ventures, partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers from a broad range of industries.
