Grace Moore Bio

Grace Moore is an Attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. She has represented clients from a wide array of industries and counsels companies at every stage of the business life-cycle, from entity formation and general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, compliance and corporate governance, including initial public offerings. Additionally, Ms. Moore was a teaching assistant for the Fashion Law course at Loyola Law School Los Angeles, her alma mater. This course covered intellectual property and areas of law fundamental to lawyers in the fashion industry.
