Daniel Zhivanaj is an Attorney in the Los Angeles office of Buchalter, and is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Zhivanaj has represented clients in a wide array of industries at every stage of the business life-cycle, from entity formation and general corporate matters, to mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Zhivanaj’s practice maintains a heavy emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, advising both buyers and sellers throughout exit transactions.
