Palash Pandya serves as the Co-Deputy Chair of the Corporate Practice Group. Palash advises public and private companies, private equity funds, family offices and entrepreneurs in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tender offers, spin-offs and venture capital investments. He also represents portfolio companies of private equity clients in their corporate transactions and general corporate matters. With broad capital markets experience, he also represents issuers and underwriters in public and private equity and debt securities transactions, including initial and secondary public offerings, Rule 144A debt and registered direct offerings, and PIPE transactions. In addition, he counsels companies with securities law compliance, SEC reporting requirements, and corporate governance matters. Palash’s experience spans many sectors, including restaurant, business services, telecommunications, healthcare, technology, retail and textile/apparel, giving him a unique awareness of the nuanced business challenges that clients face. His multidimensional skill set enables him to provide creative and practical solutions to complex matters.
