Michael Doherty focuses his practice on the representation of Japanese industrial, trading, and service companies and their foreign affiliates, as well as other international and U.S. companies, in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, patent, technology and intellectual property licensing, and other corporate and commercial transactions.
