Mario Fallone Bio

Mario Fallone focuses his practice on venture capital, private equity, and general corporate matters, with an emphasis on representing startups, strategic investors, and venture capital funds in all aspects of venture financings, including initial and follow-on financings with preferred equity and convertible debt structures. Prior to rejoining private practice, Mario worked in the alternative investment space, most notably with venture capital/angel, real estate, and feature film investments.
