Simon Thompson Bio

Simon joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 1994, having previously worked in corporate finance at Arthur Andersen. Simon leads the firm’s Consumer, Retail and Leisure team, working with publicly-listed, private and family companies, entrepreneurs, sponsor-backed businesses and management teams, investors and lenders. He also leads the firm’s Management Advisory practice providing expert advice to management teams on the negotiation of management incentive arrangements with sponsors. Simon has led over 150 deals during his career, with recent transactions including working with ME+EM, self-portrait, Feelunique, Tangle Teezer, Saracens, Axel Arigato and Seraphine.
