Neil Smith Bio

Neil Smith initially qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young and then worked at Gleacher Shacklock in large-cap corporate finance before joining Arrowpoint Advisory in 2013. Neil is the head of the Debt Advisory team and co-leads Arrowpoint Advisory's Funding Solutions practice. Neil has completed over 100 deals in his time at Arrowpoint Advisory, having recently advised on debt raises for sponsors such as Bowmark, Bridgepoint Development Capital, Inflexion and Livingbridge amongst others.
