Trish joined Wind Point in 2018 and works with Wind Point senior partners to identify, assess and cultivate relationships with top-caliber CEOs, Board Directors and C-suite candidates. These executives play a key role in all aspects of the investment process spanning diligence and underwriting to joining portfolio company management teams and boards. Prior to Wind Point, Trish was the Vice President, Human Capital with The Edgewater Funds. Previously, she was a Managing Director with Citadel LLC, where she led Global Talent Acquisition and held various leadership roles focused on talent strategies. Previously, she held senior-level roles in retained search with Heidrick & Struggles and Lynch Miller Moore O’Hara Partners. Trish holds a BA in psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
