Michael J. Sullivan brings many years of experience and skills in investment banking, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions to the businesses he works with at Westshore Capital Partners. Prior to joining Westshore, Michael was a senior investment banker for Cross Keys Capital, where he successfully advised on transactions in various industries including manufacturing, healthcare, software, entertainment, and consumer products. Michael was also a member of the Corporate Development team at Rockwell Collins, an aerospace and defense company headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. There he performed mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, and investor relation services. Additionally, Michael spent time in the federal tax and operations departments at Rockwell Collins. Michael holds a masters of business administration degree and a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Iowa.
