Vivian Wan is an Managing Director at TPG Capital Asia based in Hong Kong, where she leads the human capital agenda of TPG’s portfolio companies in Asia. Prior to joining TPG in 2011, Vivian held various HR leadership positions with Intel Corporation, including Asia Strategic Staffing Director and China Human Resources Director. During her five years with Intel, Vivian focused on leadership pipeline building, countrywide workforce planning, as well as organization development and right-sizing. Prior to Intel, she was a Consultant with Heidrick & Struggles where she covered the private equity, technology, and insurance industries. Additionally, Vivian was a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company. Vivian received a PhD in physics from St. John’s College, University of Cambridge and an MSc and MA from New Hall, University of Cambridge.
