Bio

Paul Hackwell is a Partner at TPG Capital and is based in San Francisco, where he leads the Consumer group. Paul joined TPG in 2006 and is a Board Director of Anastasia Beverly Hills, Arden Group (Gelson’s), Life Time Fitness, Rodan + Fields, and Viking Cruises. He was also involved in TPG’s investments in Adare Pharmaceuticals, Aptalis Pharma, AV Homes, Norwegian Cruise Line, Playa Hotels & Resorts, and Taylor Morrison. Paul holds an AB Summa Cum Laude from Princeton University, an MPhil from the University of Oxford, where he was a Keasbey Scholar, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
