Fred Paulenich is a Partner at TPG Growth based in San Francisco, where he works in TPG Growth's Operations group and leads the human capital function. Prior to joining TPG in 2014, Fred served as SVP of Human Resources for Walmart's Global eCommerce business, SVP of Global Human Resources for Levi Strauss & Co., and Vice President of Human Resources for Pepsi-Cola North America. Fred graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Hiram College.
