Bio

Ben Holzemer is a Partner and Head of Global Human Capital at TPG based in San Francisco, where he focuses on building and enhancing leadership teams and boards for TPG’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining TPG in 2017, Ben was a Partner at Spencer Stuart, where he served as co-head of the firm’s North American region. Previously, he led the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice in the Americas. His past client work includes board, CEO, and top leadership searches, as well as management assessment and succession planning for large public companies, private equity-backed companies, and growth-stage companies. Ben is a graduate of the UCLA with degrees in political science and Latin American studies. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
