Alastair Bushby is a Managing Director at TPG and Partner in TPG Growth and The Rise Funds, where he leads capital formation and business development for the global growth equity and societal impact funds. Prior to joining TPG in January 2014, he was an Investment Manager with AlpInvest Partners (Carlyle Group), responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing primary investments and stapled secondary transactions in North America, Latin America, and Europe. Previously he was with EuroConsult Capital and Citigroup Global Markets, where he was focused on international mergers & acquisitions and structured finance, respectively. Alastair received his BSc in International Management and German, with honors, from the University of Bath, UK.
