is a Managing Director of Tower Three Partners, and a member of the investment committee. Peter’s role is to work with management teams to develop strategic plans and execute tactics that lead to performance improvement at portfolio companies and for potential investments. He also shares responsibility for sourcing new investment opportunities for the firm. Peter has more than 25 years of experience in growing the profitability of companies of variable sizes, and with businesses in the US, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Tower Three Partners, Peter served as President of the consulting firm AlixPartners in North America, during a time when the firm doubled in size. He also co-founded and built AlixPartners European business. Peter has been a CEO, CFO and Chief Restructuring Officer, as well as a hands-on advisor for companies in a wide variety of industries, including retail, distribution, automotive and other services businesses. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors for a number of companies. He brings with him an ability to materially improve performance in a short period of time. Peter holds a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
