Bio

Paul joined Terra Firma in June 2023. He brings extensive leadership expertise from over 25 years in Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff roles at financial services companies. This includes 15 years at UBS Investment Bank, four years at JP Morgan and most recently operational management roles at smaller specialist investment firms. Paul is also a Chartered Accountant and Chairman of the Governing Members of Bridge Academy, a secondary school in London. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from University College of Wales.
