David joined Terra Firma in 2018 as Legal Counsel, and moved to the deal team as a Principal in 2024. David has 10 years prior experience at Travers Smith, including secondments to 3i and RBS, and has a law degree from Durham University. He is responsible for the firm’s compliance and money laundering reporting obligations.
