John focuses on investments in internet and software companies. He joined TA in 1997 and has more than 24 years of experience in the private equity industry, including having spent more than six years helping the expansion of the European Office for TA. Sponsored 24 investments at TA, including 12 internationally headquartered investments. Involved in more than 20 investments totaling more than $2.5 billion of invested equity. Sponsored investments in financial technology, software, internet and medical devices. Sponsored investments in Europe, India and the United States and involved in TA’s investment efforts in Asia. Member of TA’s Portfolio Committee since 2012, and a Managing Director since 2006. Formerly served as co-head of TA's North America Technology Group and was a member of TA's Management Committee and Core Investment Committee.
