One of Summer Street's founding partners, Mike has over 25 years experience in a variety of equity investments. Mike oversees the firm's investment activities, operations, and investor relations. Mike leads Summer Street's Niche Manufacturing Investment Team. Mike has been actively involved in several Summer Street portfolio companies, and is currently on the Board of Multisorb Technologies, Inc. Mike is a past Chairman of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies (NASBIC), now the Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA). Prior to co-founding Summer Street Capital, Mike was founder and President of Buffalo Ventures, Inc. He has held positions in finance, operations, sales, and marketing across a breadth of industries including banking, manufacturing, and construction. Mike earned his MBA at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, and received his undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College. Mike has been actively engaged in several not-for-profit organizations, both locally and internationally. He currently serves as a Director for All Hands Volunteers, a non-profit organization providing assistance to survivors of natural disasters around the world. Mike celebrates over 30 years of marriage with his wife and has two children. Mike enjoys golf, tennis, kayaking, biking, skiing, and traveling.
