Bio

Jonathan Sockol is a Principal at Stonecourt Capital. Prior to joining Stonecourt in 2016, Mr. Sockol was the Founder & CEO of WeTrain, a health & wellness service provider based in Philadelphia. Previously, he was an Associate at Lindsay Goldberg helping execute and diligence potential transactions. Prior to that, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Mr. Sockol earned both his B.S. and M.B.A. from the Wharton School where he was a Private Equity & Venture Capital Fellow and graduated as a Palmer Scholar. Mr. Sockol currently serves on the board of 365 Data Centers and the Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Association.
