Bio

Nadeem Siddiqui is a Principal and Director of Technology in energy investments at Siguler Guff. Mr. Siddiqui is involved in technical evaluation and analysis, as well as sourcing of the Firm’s energy investments. Mr. Siddiqui has more than 30 years of diversified professional experience including over 20 years in oil and gas exploration and production sector and 10 years in environmental conservation and information technology and data management projects. His experience spans conventional and unconventional reservoir evaluation and global projects in North America, Africa, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2017, Mr. Siddiqui worked at Halliburton for six years where he was the Reservoir Engineering Team Lead and later an Industry Solutions Advisor for the North America region. Prior to Halliburton, Mr. Siddiqui spent a total of six years as a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Sparta Energy, Chaparral Energy and Sonatrach. Previously, Mr. Siddiqui spent two years as a Production Data Management Project Manager at Schlumberger where he worked on assignments in Kazakhstan, Algeria and Tunisia. Prior to 2000, Mr. Siddiqui worked for the State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation for 10 years where he worked on information technology and data management projects ranging from oil spill prevention and response, and geographical information systems (GIS). Mr. Siddiqui is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). He holds a BSc. in Petroleum & Gas Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.
