Bérenger sees private equity as a unique opportunity to play a key role in business growth, to team up with ambitious and inspiring entrepreneurs, and thus participate in their value creation. For him, the variety of subjects, business models and market segments, and the freedom to take action in this profession, provide an exciting entrepreneurial dimension, making every day a new adventure. At Seven2, Bérenger appreciates being able to mobilize significant resources and concrete methods to support strong ambitions, all within the framework of an entrepreneurial culture guided by a constant concern for innovation and growth. He also believes that innovation is an asset that will be increasingly valued in companies, a conviction that has been shaped and reinforced through his collaboration with tech entrepreneurs, with whom he has worked for many years. Bérenger savors the precious moments he spends with his wife and three children. He also lives for the opportunity to race down the ski slopes or go kitesurfing in the Var or Britany region. Following a Master’s degree in Business Law from Assas in 2002, Bérenger Mistral went on to graduate from EM Lyon in 2006. He started his career in the audit sector, at Mazars, before turning to Corporate Development at Covivio. He then entered the world of finance in 2006 at EPF Partners, acquired in 2017 by Apax Partners (now Seven2).
