Bio

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2010, Mr. Yantsulis was a Chief Financial Officer at Reservoir Capital in New York, where he enhanced the infrastructure and internal controls to create efficiencies within the finance and operations functions and established the fair valuation function. Previously, he held progressive roles leading to Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York and Cayman Islands in the assurance and advisory practice working with North American and European alternative asset managers. Mr. Yantsulis began his career at Grant Thornton in Montreal, focusing on a range of industries that included TMT, financial services and heavy industry. He received a BSc and Grad. DPA (CA) from McGill University. He is a Canadian CPA, CA, U.S. CPA and CFA.
