Brad joined Salt Creek Capital as an Executive Partner in 2019. His career of more than 35 years includes extensive global strategic and operational experience with industrial organizations. Most recently, Brad spent 13 years in operations, sales, and general management roles with a privately-held global manufacturer of industrial valves and flow-control products, with over 2,000 employees. As Chief Operating Officer for the last 8 years, he created a global technology organization and led a manufacturing organization with major factories in the USA, China, and India. Prior to joining that employer, he ran manufacturing divisions for a Fortune 500 company and helped a young $10 million manufacturing company grow by 150% over a 5-year period. Brad also spent 8 years in strategy consulting with McKinsey and Accenture, focusing on industrial companies. Brad earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Brad and his family live in Houston.
