Spencer Hughes is a Vice President at Rockbridge. He is responsible for evaluating and analyzing new potential investments made by the firm. He is actively involved with several Rockbridge portfolio companies including Protect Environmental, Marquis, GSTV, Robb Report, and ProSites. Prior to joining Rockbridge, Spencer was a Senior Associate at RFE Investment Partners, a middle market private equity firm, based in New Canaan, CT. While at RFE, Spencer executed buyouts of private companies in the business services and industrials industries. Previously, he was an Analyst at Harris Williams & Co. in Philadelphia where he provided merger and acquisitions advisory to private companies in the business services and industrials industries. Spencer earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College.
