Alison Frankel is Vice President of Tax and Finance at Rockbridge. In this role, she manages the tax planning and preparation process for the firm, including coordination and review of third-party tax deliverables at the portfolio companies and funds. She will also work with the third-party fund administrator and external audit team to issue quarterly and yearly fund financial statements. Prior to joining Rockbridge, Alison was a principal with Plante Moran. While at Plante Moran, she provided tax compliance and consulting services to clients in the service industry, many of which are private equity owned. She has significant experience working on tax due diligence, entity choice selection, and accounting method conversions. Alison earned her Master of Science in Accountancy degree from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan.
