Bio

Michael Oleshansky is a Managing Director in the Private Investments group of PSP Partners. Since joining the firm in 2011, he has been active in building PSP’s investment strategies focused on established businesses (PSP Capital) and emerging/growth businesses (PSP Growth). Prior to joining PSP Partners, he spent six years and was a director at Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP), where he invested in industrial companies serving a variety of end-markets. Prior to joining IOP, he spent three years with Equity Group Investments, LLC (EGI), a private investment firm owned and led by Samuel Zell. Before EGI, he worked as an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch & Co. Oleshansky earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He currently serves on the Finance Advisory Board of the Miami University Farmer School of Business.
